He’s just using these for consistent updates while he works on 3+ current projects for this site. I wouldn’t really say it’s bullshit, he’s just trying to keep a consistent content flow so the updates aren’t completely random.
Probably he could be keeping a consistent schedule that satisfies your need for novelty if he was only trying to update one comic.
