It’s Doxy’s OC alien girl, as far as I know. Her race, the Rahn, is also in Trials in Tainted Space (or TiTS) by Fenoxo. But I don’t know whether Doxy got the idea to make a Rahn OC after TiTS was being made, or if Fenoxo added the Rahn because he liked Zo’Dee so much.
