There is no JPG artifacting in this. It’s just the style he did for the image is broader strokes and rough lines. It’s also like a 2 year old image, not sure why the repost/reblog.
How is what I said a complaint? It was information followed by a curious observation. Apparently Doxy’s older tumblr content got purged so he reposted it, Rin answered that.
Also it’s not a new site, it’s just the third itteration of one. (Fourth if you want to be anal-retentive)
